Summer 2018 I was approached by a photographer @alohawishesphotography based in Oahu to collaborate on a Styled Boho Bridal Portrait Session. I was contacted via my Instagram Page @oshisimpsonphotography complementing me on my photographs and two of my girlfriends I photograph on a regular basis.
She was interested in getting one of the girls to be styled as a Bride and hopefully get a guy that is willing to be a Groom for this portrait session. Wanting to stick with the intimate styled look, we set out a budget and scouted locations in our own time.
I was able to organize the models @christina_sakura, I made the Lei Po'o (flower-crown), Bouquet and Boutineer. I helped my friend find 2 great bridal looking dresses - where else but one from Charlotte Russe & the other from ROSS Dress For Less, at a bargain price! Thank goodness that she could do her own makeup! She also went to @thedrybar salon in Kakaako for a beautiful curl.
Luckily My friend Christina new of a handsome fella Randall @ran_dul , that looked the part and was willing to get all romantic with my friend and play around in front of our cameras. We were blessed to know that he had the perfect attire to dress the part!
Both of us photographers continued to be a AWE over the instant connection these two models shared... They truly made the afternoon-evening easy.. Christina and Randall They set the photo-shoot on fire with their hot connection, at the best time of day 'Golden Hour' and it shows in the images we each produced.
